Tang Family (Times 2!) | Raleigh Family Photographer

Little cousins Leah and Hannah are so cute. We didn't have the best of luck that day (everywhere we went there were bees or yellow jackets or sharp rocks or some other obstacle), but they were great. They were so sweet together and they really wanted to be near each other. Tang families, let's get together soon!

First Birthday | Raleigh Family Photographer

My sweet baby is a year old. It's so hard to believe (even though I should believe it since she's now able to get out of her Pack n' Play on her own)! My mom and Joanna came to visit and we celebrated that night with banana cupcakes, sugar cookies in the shape of Talah's silhouette, and ice cream (and decorations and presents, of course).

I'm so mad at myself for this one. I was so busy thinking about singing to her and bringing her her cupcake (and not getting any melting wax on it) that I paid no attention to the filthy bib she's wearing. Cringe.

We served her ice cream in a monkey shot glass : )

Talah's Tutu | Raleigh Baby Photographer

I bought this tutu for Talah months ago and it's just now fitting her. I know some of the photos are pretty similar (edit, edit--I know, I know!!), but I thought she looked so cute that I had to post them anyway because I couldn't decide. The second to last one has a bit of texture added in. For the last one, I used some low key tones.
